The checkout and account areas of Chino’s Treats are secured using SSL technology. This technology is the most advanced security technology available today and ensures that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.
We will then post, fax or email your CONFIRMATION OF ORDER INVOICE showing you the total price of your order including postage.
Non Credit Card Payments
DELIVERY & POSTAGE
We use Australia Post. The cost of postage is calculated on weight and destination. This will be separately itemised on your invoice.
CHINOS TREATS will not held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post. If you would like to use Registered Post please let us know and we will notify you of the cost.
All and any personal information gathered is treated as private and we never disclose any information to anyone else. All information is held securely and is only used in fulfilling the specified requirements of our customers. Access to such information is only at the request of our customers for the purpose of purchasing Chino's Treats products and/or services. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original and unused condition, and within 14 days of receipt for a full exchange or credit of merchandise*. Credits will be honoured for 6 months from issue date. We do not reimburse for the cost of postage.
Please be careful to measure your pet as accurately as possible as we do not issue refunds and will only allow one free exchange of goods. Any further exchanges will incur a charge for re-stocking of $15.

Please let us know the reason for returning the goods and what you would like the goods exchanged for. For your protection we suggest that you send your goods back via Express Post with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused, or after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
